Intergenerational playgroups, or IGPs for short, are specially-designed to cater for the needs of elders, preschool-aged children (3-5 yrs), and their parents to improve the wellbeing of all who participate.

Developed by Aked et al. (2008), the Five Ways to Wellbeing help us to identify the ingredients that contribute toward wellbeing. Our program is based not only on theories of play and learning, but also on ideas shaped by the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
